How is everyone doing this weekend??? I’ve been busy decluttering paperwork - it got out of hand finding things from well over 10 years ago! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Our Air Quality finally has moved from Hazardous to Unhealthy in my area in Pennsylvania. My head is killing me, my eyes are burning, and throat is sore - and I wore an N95 mask when I had to go outside - I have asthma. Still saw many people out walking and doing yard work without any mask or concern about the air. We’re indoors with the air purifiers on - and outside it’s still hazy.

Who’s already said today:
“I keep thinking today is Monday!?!”

I made it to Harrisburg!!! It’s GORGEOUS outside and the buildings are stunning! My talk happens at 12:00 pm during a press conference for “Trauma and Mental Health Awareness Day” in the Main Rotunda of the Capitol. Simultaneously nervous and excited. I’m going over my speech and working at keeping my hot flashes down so I don’t melt off my makeup and flatten my hair even more! I’ll be back to share more with you in a little bit!

Hi CoSo Friends!!! Sorry I've been away so long! I've been busy helping out at one of our schools in learning support and then moved over to helping a student who needs a 1-on-1 aide. It's been challenging and rewarding - learning so much from the student as we spend the school day together. I wanted to see how our cozy little corner of?!?!?

Question: How would you approach bringing to the attention of a medical group?
Went in to see a doctor - at a different office/town than I usually visit (it's part of a large group of affiliated doctors) - and the receptionist was using an NRA pen & had an NRA pen out as the only pen for people to use to sign paperwork at the front desk. I took a photo of it to prove it was there. I'm trying to figure out who to contact & what to say. I have follow up in my regular office location.

Happy Tuesday everyone! I've been gone for a bit, my daughter got really sick with a cold and some other virus that caused hives all over her body! She was home for over a week. Finally she's better! How have you all been???
