It was at the height of the 2011 debt ceiling crisis that I swore to never again vote for a Republican.
Prior to 2011, I always voted for the person regardless of political party.
That changed when the Republican-controlled House put us in a debt ceiling crisis for no reason other than an attempt to make President Obama and the Executive branch look bad.
Anyone who had been paying attention should have recognized it backfired on the Republicans. They were the ones who looked bad.

It’s not just the uneducated that have been taken in by this.
There are people in my family with advanced degrees, who are absolutely sucked into all the QAnon conspiracy stuff and practically worship these guys on an altar.
Just because you’re educated, doesn’t mean you’re not stupid. I met a lot of stupid people in law school. #randomthoughts
