The gist: if you're running OpenBSD as your desktop, running it on a server, or allowing people to log in to your OpenBSD-running networking equipment and/or run arbitrary code on it, you may need to take some precautions.
It appears current versions of OpenBSD are fully vulnerable to the Spectre/Meltdown CPU hardware flaws (unsurprisingly):
