@Nexpr No problem. The story is about battery technology. Renewable energy sources such as solar and wind are abundant, but not always reliable 24/7 (e.g. solar at night). So you need to store up extra energy to get you through the downtime.

This type of battery uses "reduction-oxidation flow", or "redox flow" technology. It's a new battery chemistry that offers long-term, reliable, and high density energy storage.

This is a good development. Science cannot afford wasted human potential. And too often, asking female scientists in particular to describe their careers will get you stories of surviving non-science challenges they never should have had to face.
