George W. Bush in a recent interview downplayed the division in the United States, simply telling citizens that they should "turn to religion." Bush, who has criticized Trump in the past but stopped short of endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris, has come under fire for staying out of the limelight and not making his thoughts more clear. When asked his "message to America" to encourage kindness, Bush said, "Turn to religion."

Senate majority leader contenders John Thune, Rick Scott and John Cornyn quickly fell in line with Trump's new demand that they be willing to use a Senate tool to allow him to quickly get his preferred, top administration officials in place. Trump demanded that any Senate majority leader agree to what are called "recess appointments."
The measure would allow Trump to speedily get people he wants in cabinet positions temporarily — avoiding prolonged confirmation processes.

Just a reminder:
That $300B in frozen Russian central bank assets is still sitting there waiting to be seized by the U.S. and allied nations for use by Ukraine.
International and U.S. law permit such seizure.

⚡️ Zelenskyy: There are $300 billion worth of frozen Russian assets. Russia has already caused more than $800 billion worth of damage in Ukraine. Can we take the $300 billion that belongs to us? Can we decide for ourselves what type of weapons we need?

The image featured the text “Trump arrested for beating two women,” referring to Trump, Sr. victories in the 2024 & 2016 elections. This comes as a report from a think tank found a surge in “online abuse & harassment” toward women amid Trump’s victory. The rise in hate included use of the phrase “your body, my choice,” which Nick Fuentes posted online Tuesday.
