It seems the Constitution was intentionally written to make the requirements for being president vague. Natural Born Citizen, Lived the past 14 years in the US, at least 35 years old. I think that's about it. I've also read the 14th amendment and, as much as I hate to say it, I do see the legal argument Trump's team is making. That doesn't mean I agree, but I see the argument.

It is mind-boggling that the Supreme Court will likely have to rule on if the 14th Amendment applies to one seeking the office of President. As far as I know, the courts do not dispute Trump's involvement in the insurrection, only if he's still allowed to run for president despite that.
