Reminder, each company with more than a certain number of employees is required to report to the state in advance of any layoffs.
Just Search for your state and WARN notices and you will get a list of companies in advance, along with the number of layoffs.
So if signs point to some weird things in the office, this could get you ahead of the curve. #CosoCareers
