If any of you beautiful CoSo people work for turbo tax 'tech' support and just dealt with a very angry lady for the past 2 hours because the software is glitching because *someone* fucked up importing a newly released tax form that is now telling people it can't be e filed so they have to mail their forms in even though IRS guidance says said form can indeed be e filed or mailed then told said lady it must be that your account is tagged so you have to mail your form....
A. I've not e filed. How in the name of everything holy and unholy could the fucking IRS know what forms I was filing to pre flag anything since your software won't even attempt to e file?
B. You yourself looked at the IRS guidance and said it can be e filed. But I should go ahead and mail it in? Fuck no.
C. I know IRS isn't processing returns, but is accepting early filing.
Back to my original point. That was me. Get your shit together.
