I called them and they informed me my medication (not a new one) will cost me over $1k a month, but as usual they don't know why, so it's up to me to investigate.
I called the copay card people. They had no record I'd ever used the copay card. I suggested to them that there's a duplicate account. Oh hey there's one with my surname misspelled & they're actually looking at the wrong account.
So once again I did their jobs and got it all sorted.

No option for "All of the above?" 😂 I'll go with Colorado on this storm, wet dumps like this are typical this time of year. I think the dearth of snow before that is climate weirdness, though, and I'd definitely say we've been enjoying False Spring.
