@LiberalLibrarian One can argue that Israel is a settler state imposed on a country without the permission of its inhabitants. But you'd have to say the same of South Africa, Canada, the United States .... And if you argue that Palestinians, like every people, need and deserve a homeland, you can't deny the Jewish people a homeland.

@NiveusLepus It can vary. I got a COVID booster and a flu shot 3 days ago and didn't feel a thing other soreness, and now a little itchiness, at the injection site. My spouse, same. But one earlier COVID Shot had us both feeling cruddy for a day or two.
Both before and after last week's shots, my more-or-less seasonal asthma ticked up a little. Maybe you've got a bit of that going on, or another of the respiratory viruses humans love to pass around.

@Tarnagh Agreed. It's a "fog of war" situation: if we get bad news, we know it's unreliable so we mustn't give up; if we get good news, we know it's unreliable so we have to keep fighting.
I'll be so glad when that rotten orange is finally thrown into the compost bin of history. And even then his partisans will be looking for their next Führer. I wonder if we could get Germany to send some folks over to run a denazification program like we did for them after World War II.
