My kid devoured this book today. She only stopped for meals. If you have kid in that 3rd grade level that likes reading and unicorns I think this is a surefire hit.

What began in January of this year with a routine mammogram and led to a breast cancer diagnosis, a BRCA2 mutation discovery, a double mastectomy in May, reconstruction surgery in August and a bilateral Salpingo-oopherectomy in October, has ended. I just received a happy send-off from the Presbyterian Cancer Center with the news that I am now cancer-free. Looking forward with joy and immense gratitude for all my friends, family, doctors, surgeons and nurses who helped me through this year. 🌸💗

I've been sending this to all of my Asian friends this morning, and telling them that unless they send me a comically large amount of money (I'm obviously joking), I'm sending this to their parents.
Their responses have been half terror and half humor and I'm expecting to be stabbed in my sleep in retaliation. 🤣

I'll make an exception for AI art for once because I really really really wanna hear the album and know who is showing up for the guest spots in the album.
If you only have enough operations staff to just barely handle the routine/everyday stuff, you're going to be screwed when the crap really hits the fan (which it eventually will).
See, that mitigation role is vital - halting a failure cascade before it becomes disastrous. If you don't have enough trained, competent staff present to delay/halt the failure cascade... it can turn into a chain reaction of exponentially-escalating damage and disruption.
