Looking for App/youtube/book with as little woo as possible any suggestions.

I know the research is evolving but there are some out there some out there trying to take the horoscopes and healing crystals out of the meditation. These are the ones I am looking for.

@Hobbs_Hawthorn that is the hardest question, I guess the end result would be more control over my own reactions, but a short term would be that I am more looking for instruction on current evidence. What is working what isn't, best practices, and reasonable practitioners \ teachers.

If you are looking for control over your reactions, then practicing awareness of them is the first step. The best teachers are the ones who observe and reflect and let the seeker find the path that works for them. Everyone will encounter a 'block,' but that block is unique to them. Once you notice then either let them go or work at understanding why.
