You input your address and (if you choose) your email, and it will list all the items and positions on the ballot for whichever election you choose.
For example, there are three offices, and four WV State Constitutional Amendments coming up in less than a week. This gives a summary so u know.
Those 3 offices are only for MY address, so it may vary for your location. The site also has a questionaire sent to all candidates, that if they fill it out, it will show up on the site in their own words. It lists the ballot measures and sponsorships they've voted For or Against, so you can make an unbiased decision on casting your vote.
