The moon is bright tonight for a First Quarter.. hope you can enjoy it, too. I noticed a strange artifact in my photo when I took it. Not sure what that is.. might’ve caught something 😃
I felt like making desserts today, so in addition to the Everlasting Syllabub, I also made a strawberry whipped cream jello pie in a Graham cracker crust. I layered strawberries on the bottom and in the middle of the pie. It's setting up in the fridge now. 😋
I just made some of this and it's delicious! I used Marsala sweet wine, mango-orange juice, and orange essence (didn't have an orange or orange water).
