Someone posted a picture of aluminum foil on a store shelf with “free hat in every box” on the sales tag earlier and I can’t stop laughing.

Folks, I am trying to be fair, logical and impartial about all this. I really am. All I can really do is provide good tools. I can't make people use them, I can't make people understand other people. I can't solve world peace.

Ask yourself this. If I were to provide a 'safe space' where BIPOC users could feel less marginalized by COSO users don't want to listen.... do u know what that's called?

Segregation. Apartheid.

Okay thanks for all the responses. I'm still going through them. But I feel I have a better understanding of what transpired.

So first thing's first:

Hashtags are NOT mandatory here. Hell, I'm the worst offender for not categorizing my every thought into a hashtag.

Again, hashtags are NOT mandatory, they are a courtesy. If they were I'd have made it so you couldn't post without one.

I'm noticing folks leaving this place or 'taking a break'. Like it's noticeable. I'm not really sure what has been going on here the last few days, it's fragmented and confusing. I don't actually know what I need to do to fix this problem.

You are allowed to have disagreements here and there are tools for you to curate your experience here. What is going wrong this last couple of days?
