Talk to neighbors to see if they are happy with their HOA!
These groups can be tyrannical, expensive, and intolerant to your needs!
They can make your life miserable so make sure you know their requirements BEFORE buying!

And then we wonder what's wrong with our modern civilization when the best teacher in public schools may earn 80 thousands dollars A YEAR!

And you could argue that their finances merit a close look, and yet they avoided that audit!
A person's dignity is one of the most valuable components in their psyche!
Whether a child, a teen, or an adult, that person must preserve their dignity above all else!
If that person is the President, a Senator, or a Representative in Congress, the fight to preserve dignity is apparently no longer deemed important!

LABELS II
The danger however lies in the immense complexity of human personalities. We establish limits that do not include changes and/or other redeeming qualities, thus failing to recognize other facets that could give us a completely different appreciation of our fellow humans.
It is therefore important the reexamine our labels and modify them as needed to better understand other people and ourselves in the process.

These are some of the many labels we use with friends, acquaintances, family
members, co-workers, politicians, people on social platforms, movie stars, etc..
We all do this, a form of personal judgment that allows us to place people in our
environment in convenient mental drawers.
