I have trouble digesting the neologism "wokeness": It says awareness of social problems on Google, but, apparently, being 'woke' is a problem for some activists who use it as an accusation!!

@Helveticus I never minded when people derisively called me politically correct or a social justice warrior, and I don’t take “woke” as an insult. I see all three as descendants of the ugly term “[n-word] lover.”
