Nice 15 miles run. Them 2 miles of urban litterpicking. Quire an outdoor morning !!

All set for a big South #London run this morning. Starting at night time and hopefully finishing in the.. sunnish haha.

Builders and contracters in #London - Trying not to get too frustrated with them haha. (i.e Roofer coming at night to take a look at the roof !!)

Also I'm quite happy going to California in a few weeks yay. Quite some friends to catch up with there.

Today around 24km run, tomorrow will go to around 30km. The goal is one of these month being able to go full marathon lenght.

Very long day of process, product and technical meetings ended in #Bucharest - now I can just sleep and restart it all tomorrow !
