A majority of voters are against it.

"Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" has been reduced to just an old slogan destined to gather dust.

Case in point, for just one example;

At one time, it was "transgender folks can exist unless they push the envelope of acceptance". Even that's not true anymore!

Case in point:
Robinson, who said transgender people must go outdoors rather than use bathrooms got more than 2 Million votes!

The community was treated like the proverbial third rail. The GOP/MAGA made it a toxic issue and the Dems acquiesced, We were patronized with lengthy explanations of how it's just to keep it from being used as a weapon. We understood the reasoning but never liked it. Where did it get the Dems and the Harris campaign? Nowhere. All it did was to remind us that y'all don't give a flying fuck about us.

I'm tired.
