I feel like everyone is cheerful and excited about this but the cause is that completely abnormal conditions have stacked together and I'm just staring at it like-

Them- "Well you see there's an absence of phytoplankton being stirred up in the water..."
Me- "Zooplankton eat phytoplankton? And fish eat zooplankton? But yay?"
