Blackout rules can be annoying. ESPN is covering tonight's #CarolinaHurricanes game so I was hoping for some announcers that are worth a damn. But noooooo. Since I'm in the Hurricanes area I am forced to listen to Bally. Between our announcers and the same 9 commercials, I may not survive the season.
