I'm really lucky that nothing is broken. I just had to sit there for about 10 minutes until it stopped hurting enough that I could move around again. I definitely saw stars and passed out for a moment
The fucked up thing was it felt like slow motion while it happened, even tho i couldn't stop falling, I felt every step, ouch, ouch, how many fucking steps are there? The answer is 13, btw, and I hit almost all of them. That was an hour ago and it still hurts. Thankfully, my wife and son were home and they both helped a lot. But fucking OW!
So i just slipped and fell all the way down to the bottom of the basement stairs. I slipped on an upper step which means that I landed *hard* on every single step. I hit my back, my hip, my elbow, my wrist, and I did something to my knee while lying at the bottom of the steps, trying not to pass out. Guess my leg was twisted at a funny angle while I lay there. At least I didn't hit my head.

Today, additional assistance provided to IBT pension plans thanks to the American Rescue Plan saved the pensions of an additional 70,000 New England Teamsters. This brings the total protected to 600,000. No Republicans voted for the ARP, and Teamsters president Sean O’Brien stood next to Biden when he put the first protections into place. After O’Brien spoke at the RNC earlier this month, VP at large John Palmer announced he is challenging O’Brien for the leadership.

Love the big top of the ticket energy happening, but please pay attention to down ballot races. Senator Bob Casey (D) is running against ding dong McCormick. The inflation issues may cause some serious problems in down ballot races. Don’t just stump for Harris, stump local/state/Congressional races as well.
