@phool4xc The real problem is with Congress, specifically the GOP, but also corporate dems who want to deny reality to keep the workers working and the shoppers spending. Biden has repeatedly asked Congress for additional funding and it keeps getting shot down. It's not going to get any easier with a GOP majority in the House
