Oh, gosh. A year ago I received an email from Amazon about a class action suit against Mueller, an Austrian manufacturing company. I got an email because I bought one of their little coffee grinders. The plaintiff claimed Mueller used an Austrian flag on their products, that would lead people to believe those particular items were made in Austria. They were not. They're made in China.
Anyhow, it's a year later and they settled, and I got my notification to collect my settlement payment!

Earlier today, I made #CornMuffins, screwing up the #recipe a little by adding too much milk. 🙄 🙂 They took longer to bake, about 10 minutes, but they turned out pretty good!

I used the #BobsRedMill recipe with the #stoneground medium #cornmeal. I'd definitely use this recipe again.

Talked myself into making #cornmuffins this morning, using the Bob's Red Mill #recipe...
... I screwed it up already. 😂
The batter was runny and the silicone cups looked too full. I could have gotten 15 muffins.
Re-read the #recipe.
It says 1 and 1/3 cups milk, NOT 1 and 1/2.
Used a buttermilk substitute, too. Cider vinegar and milk.
Meanwhile, I LOVE these muffin cups. Smooth sides. Muffins pop right out. #food

Out of 5 lbs of #Tomatoes🍅 , I got 2.5 pints of #tomatosauce. I puree and cook the tomatoes, skins and all, until it's reduced by about half.

What I have learned ... The tomato plants I bought are called "4th of July." I did not know they are a salad tomato, not a slicing tomato. Learned that right here in CoSo. They're small but larger than cherry tomatoes. They are absolutely crammed full of seeds. So many seeds! They taste pretty good though.
