Made #PumpkinBread last evening, and gee whiz does it make a good #breakfast!

I used the below linked #recipe. It uses the whole can of #pumpkinpuree! Changes: I used #brownsugar and #coconutoil, replaced a half-cup of flour with #quickcookingoats. Next time I might add a smidge more #salt. Might try reducing the sugar a bit. We'll see.
