Last night’s #SNL was one of the funniest ones we’ve seen in a long time, starting with Nate Bargatze’s monologue and including several funny sketches. Of course, we loved seeing Foo Fighters back at it again and some sketch appearances by Dave Grohl, too. This sketch, however, is quite possibly the funniest we’ve seen in the last 5-10 years on the show. I’m still laughing after watching it multiple times now. Enjoy! 😹

@Armchaircouch Thanks. Yeah, it seems like more and more artists we loved are passing all the time, but I guess that’s how it goes as we age. My uncle, who sadly passed 15 years ago, actually got to see one of the Friends episode tapings live and it’s one of my all-time faves - “The One with the Embryos”. He was well above their target demographic; he was a college professor with a photographic memory, but he absolutely loved Friends. He was funny and sarcastic, like their humor. 😺

@Armchaircouch Around the time we got married (22 years ago), my husband wound up teaching drum lessons to a nephew of one of the executive producers of the show, and he surprised me with a photo with a message and autographs from the full cast, which of course we still have hanging up to this day. It was one of the best gifts ever. 💜💛

@Armchaircouch Exactly! He had his demons, but for all the laughs he brought to so many people, I hope he at least knew that he was loved and appreciated.

Today is an extra special #CoSoCaturday, because 17 years ago today, we adopted beautiful, sweet, snuggly Bryan from Open Door Animal Sanctuary. He was just 7.5 months old at the time and he grew into the large, loveable “Bry-Guy” we know today. @Gladari Awe - that’s too bad. Our cats seem to be fine with us popping out our phones to snap pics. Some of our cats are totally fine with photos, but getting them to actually look at the camera is a whole other challenge! Phoebe and Joey excel in eye contact, though. 😺
