@Helical_Code I'll eat them any way you cook them, but I'm a personal fan of balsamic vinegar with a touch of honey. Annnnnnd now I want brussel sprouts for breakfast.

@Foxthorn I will try that at some point! Do you add the balsamic vinegar and honey after roasting or before? Other seasonings?

@Helical_Code before roasting. I don't think they need anything else, but I am notorious for under seasoning dishes so my SO often seasons my dishes for me during cooking without telling me... there could be extra seasonings that I'm not aware of.
