The SO couldn't sleep so the entire house woke up at 4 am. SO went to work. I spent an hour prepping pork carnitas and got that into the slow cooker. Going to be a long day of tortuously good smells. Doggo 2 hit Doggo 1 in the eye with her happy tail so there's a trip to the vet somewhere in our schedule today *sigh* And why are there already six meetings on my calendar today?
