I haven’t thought of “The Marshall Plan” since American History in high school,
It certainly makes a lot more sense to me now. This is a great article- really brilliant straightforward plan. We could sure use planning like that to get our National Political parties to act like adults who are dedicated to work for the entire country- not currying favors for payoffs- starting with #SCOTUS !
