Well shucks. Since everyone is posting pics of food, here's my offering. It's from the Moosewood Cookbook, but I cheated: I add lean hamburger, and four different kinds of cheese: Jalapeño Jack; Irish Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Ricotta.
