is it just me or do u guys get random bursts of hyper energy not like 'oo i should take a walk' energy but more like 'i need to scream and jump around' energy, even tho nothing exciting is happening? like literally nothing, i'll be sitting down, reading a book and then i have the urge to get up and yell or jump or something?

so in short Detlev Guenzel killed a dude and ate his *part* allegedly because the man asked him too. Guenzel was a former police officer who met the victim, Wojciech Stempniewicz, on a cannablist fetish website and Guenzel recorded himself dismembering Wojciech. i thought it was an interestng case
