@Eyeatola wtaf? even if there wasn't an open rape investigation. she was 16, he was 30. the judge is an asshole. the whole system is an asshole. i can't imagine the trauma of being abused by the very system that failed you the first time.
i wish i could say i was surprised. i've seen other horrible shit in the legal system around rape that continues to turn my stomach.
