We have a decent shot at seeing some thunderstorms here in my neck of the this weekend!

We don't see widespread thunderstorms in the lowlands of Western Wa very often, it's pretty rare, so this is rather exciting. If you like severe weather, which I do. To a point. lol

Got the kids to agree to an at home, family weekend, so we'll all be here to enjoy the storms! :D

@LimneticVillains Hard Pass, but I appreciate the generous offer! lol

Welp. Daughter was successful in her endeavors and got her license today.

I need a bottle of tequila and a good cry. lol

I cleaned the muck outta the French drain across our driveway. Been after Hubbs to do it all summer. 🙄 I feel like the rainy season is going to be coming soon, so it needed to be done.

I need a back replacement now, but hey, it's clean and I won't have to worry about the driveway flooding this Fall/Winter/Spring. :)

@INtlBill I have one on ours right now, she will be #2. Then I have a third one that really isn't interested in driving as of yet, but will need to be soon. lol We still pay for the eldest son's insurance, even though he's moved out. It's expensive and I don't want him to struggle more than they already are.

@AverageCitizen Yes! I know it will be strange, but I know I am going to like it! lol She does the most "extra" activities, so it'll be nice to FINALLY not play Taxi!

Now, if I could just convince the 18 year old to get HIS license...He is uninterested but needs to GET interested, cause he needs to get a job and Mommy ain't driving him to and fro!

@AverageCitizen Thanks! When our oldest started driving, it went up about $140/month, but we also added another car (his). We won't be adding another car this time, so hopefully it's less!

It'll be nice for her to drive herself to school and such, but man, I am not ready for my youngest to be on the road! lol

My daughter takes her drive test to get her license today.

I am scared for my insurance prices. lol

This morning I woke up, rolled over and had dog snoot in my face. lol

I've been leaving Tormund out of his kennel at night, since Hubbs is OOT again and so far he's been just fine. No potty accidents, no barking, no waking anyone up....Hims a Good Boi!

@KazzyH Yeah, I keep telling myself I don't have to do it all in one day. I can do one box at a time. I've done 0 boxes. Lolol Meh. I'll do it eventually!!

I had about $11 in COINS, in my wallet, that I used to pay for some groceries this morning. My wallet is much lighter now! :D

Trying to find motivation to start tackling the garage today. Need to go through boxes that have been in there, since we moved in 8 years ago. Some of them, never got unpacked from when we moved in 2009 either, so.....LuL

Made some peanut butter chocolate chip cookies with my daughter today! They turned out really tasty!

Started my Monday off by having to clean up a partially digested mole carcass that Tormund horked up in the middle of the night. 😀

WHY he eats them, I have no idea. He just kills other things and then leaves them, but this is the second or third mole he's eaten, then barfed up what he couldn't digest. SMH Dopey dog.

@shadow_queene I am not diggin this new Country era Post Malone. At all. Ew. lol

@GFerro1965 Its been a dry, dry Washington summer. I still live here and I too, miss the rain. Lol

@TR_forester6291 Oh, he absolutely pitches in, when needed. He's a good kid and we like him, it's just the constant "having someone else in the house" part of it, for me.

Daughter goes back to school in a little over 3 weeks. She has had her boyfriend here, almost every day, since school got out. *sigh*

I'd rather them be here, than elsewhere, but I AM kinda tired of babysitting teenagers all day every day. (he was here 9 hours yesterday hnnnng)
