@mcfate Ewwww that's truly horrifying!! Seems odd that there's only been one report of the problem with rot/mold so makes me wonder if something was left in the car that was the source of the original growth and Turkey can get pretty warm in summer. There are many more reports of Teslas catching fire when just parked/turned off which, aside from despising Elmo and the high price, would be my reason not to buy one.
I wouldn't know, and I have absolutely no intention of ever finding out. I HAVE heard that Tesla HVAC systems have dampness and mold issues, though.

He probably bought it second hand, not long before leaving it there to uh, bloom.
