It slays me when people, even some Dems, want to canonize Reagan when "Reaganomics" put us on this path of outsourcing manufacturing & jobs, making us reliant on one of our biggest adversaries for almost every product we use. Under Trump's awful reign when he added high tariffs on our ag exports & farmers across the US lost their farms one of the biggest purchasers of said farms were Chinese corps! We've allowed our adversaries to control part of our food supply!
@CommonSenseGent @Museek Repugnicans put us on this path decades ago & despite being the minority party in terms of numbers continued to gain power a fair amount of which can be attributed to Dems not voting in the numbers needed to stop them. Dems didn't consider the possible SCOTUS appointments when deciding whether it was important to vote but Repugnicans did which gave us this extreme SCOTUS. I just hope enough Dems finally get that they must vote while we still can or the US is toast!
