@DJNoneYa I'm confused. I thought this was being done through reconciliation meaning nothing any Repugnicans had to say mattered for squat??? Or is this some other legislation??
@Embers the procedural votes all nite long is about the Bill and the final wording of it and the Republicans trying to kill the bill
@DJNoneYa Yes, I know Repugnicans want to kill the bill but I thought the whole reason for doing it via reconciliation was to take them out of the equation entirely? It makes no sense that individual portions of the bill require 60 votes when the entire bill only requires 51 to pass. Could Schumer have changed the procedural process at the very beginning to stop their efforts dead in their tracks? Sure seems the last reconciliation went more smoothly. The GQP is absolutely vile 🤬
