Let's pause. Tomorrow is never guaranteed but you can make the best out of this life. I had days where I want to just give up and throw everything away. Would it end my suffering? Sure. But I realize that 1 bad day can equal 10 good days. You are in control of your life. Surround yourself with a support system- family, friends. Check on the people who you haven't heard from in a while. Mental health is equally important as physical health. You are not alone in this life, you are important 💜

I'm in a constant battle of wanting to live a life of solitude and also needing to be around people because I'm too social

@Clavius_42 I have Fanconi Anemia (bone marrow failure) and Chronic Kidney Disease. Being on dialysis is hard on the body. I sometimes get aches and itch a lot from dry skin. The gummies help me sleep and also relieve some of the side effects of dialysis
