I don't favor getting rid of the Electoral College. If a rural precinct in Idaho can stuff the ballot box and offset legally cast votes in urban areas, that's not an advantage.
I would like to see the electoral votes of all states be proportionate to the total vote in that state. So every voter in every state counts, but only toward the proportion of the electors for that state.

I think territories actually don't pay federal income tax, though there are plenty of other things like FICA and excise taxes that get paid.
@EileenKCarpenter Well they sure do end up in the service a lot. Puerto Rican National Guard members are awesome according to a lot of people I know that have trained and deployed with them.
@EileenKCarpenter I say leave electoral college alone and let all 14 territories vote! No taxation without representation.
