Exactly my first thought! That was a screencap a friend sent me so I went to check and it looks like that tweet got taken down for whatever reason.
The account's still there though.
@DyDave and that tweet has already been deleted. It seems like a really bad time to add extra loads of work to a skeleton crew. Then again, I'm not a billionaire who bought a social media site so I wouldn't know.
