This game is awesome!

Been awhile since I posted here. Truth is I forgot my log in credentials and just never took the time to go through the steps to remember them. How’s everyone doing here on CoSo?

Who here is also lovingly attached to this amazing game? Initially I thought this wasn’t a game that would get me hooked but then I played it and now I’m deep into it!

Merry Christmas Eve y'all! And if you don't celebrate, Happy Saturday!

Getting older is watching TV shows and saying aloud to your partner, who is that, where do I remember them from? Then spending 2 hours trying to remember until you ultimately google it and realize you've never seen that actor before in your life.

Happy Christmas Eve Eve! -5 here and the wind is blowing fierce so it feels more like -40. Also for those in warmer climates, yes you can feel the difference between -5 and -40... It's not good.

Going to take a short break from horror tonight and instead play something that's truly horrific for me. Cooking Simulator! Come watch me rage at this infuriating game!

@horacemajeur I don't doubt that, the series really started down the weird path with the 5th book.

Do people actually just eat scrambled eggs with nothing else or is that just some weird thing they do for movies and the like?

I know it might be old news but it's a bit sad that Frank Herbert died before he was able to conclude the Dune series. I know his son went on to finish the series but there's no real information to show that it was based on Herbert's actual notes.

Just sad that the 6th book ends on a partial cliffhanger and we'll never know what he truly intended the 7th book to entail.

@Eric_H I remember trying to play it as a kid and even only realizing years later that without the Nintendo Power magazine guides they were all but unbeatable.

@SocialistKitty They're really fantastic games but seriously these are games meant for adults yet they weren't marketed that way at all. The problem solving necessary to beat these games are not something the average adolescent would be able to achieve.

So I've played through Legend of Zelda, and am playing though Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link.

Both are great games but I still don't have a single clue how these were made and then it was expected that children would be able to beat them without the use of a guide. I'm 39 years old and the only way I'm getting through them is with a guide.

Why did they hate children so much???

@Charles_Hawtrey doesn’t matter. What matters is that a guy who has spent his entire life thinking everyone loves him has exposed himself to the fact that this isn’t the case.
