I wouldn't even say I was groomed until a few years ago. I'm not saying it's why she's a horrible person, but she's obviously a very angry person (especially based on what neighbors have said about her). I was also very angry for a long time. I didn't want to accept WHY.

No, not even. Things that happen when young affect us all through our lives, even if we don’t realize it. I don’t know what she went through growing up. But it made her very gullible or very evil. Or both.
@DocLaing Definitely both. I hope for her what I hope for anyone - that they can get better. But she enjoys the hate, so I don't know if she can.
@DocLaing As a teen I was groomed by adults. 2 in their upper 20s. One much older (but that one ultimately did not "succeed"). The amount of mental gymnastics the victim can go through to try to convince themselves and others that it's ok is unreal. "It's fine. I was in control. I was mature for my age. I instigated it. Blah blah blah."
I'm 50 now, and I'm still unpacking it. I ended up dropping out of school. Got my GED. Married my groomer young. Had a kid young. Finally GTFO.
