@etakeh @KodoAndSangha yes, same. I have to drink an insane amount of alcohol to even get buzzed, and its gone in minutes. Having this trip was a breakthrough that I didn't expect to have. I doubted that the dosage was right, and as it turns out, it was probably way over my limit.

@KarenSohne I can see how that could happen. Correct dosage, and setting up a positive experience is key. I feel like I was 1 negative thought away from an absolute nightmare at any moment.

@etakeh I know what you mean, because I did them twice before as well with no effect. The mushrooms were tiny and all dried up. To equal the potential of 2 grams of fresh mushroom, you would need 30 of these shriveled up old things. I had just over 2 grams and was expecting some fireworks and light visuals, what I got was a full dissolution of my consciousness and time. There was no past or future, only now, and I didn't exist beyond a concept of existence.

Doing mushrooms is nuts. It was nothing like I expected. If you are broken on the inside, get some mushrooms and watch a sunset or something. You need this in your life.

Jamaica trip was good, but now we're home. Happy to be home though. I have a new appreciation for life, and life is really good right now.

@Bix @Marlowe2 @InUnfunky true. It also puts the capability and responsibility of combating misinformation into the hands of the individual. I feel right now that these propaganda campaigns focus their efforts to the internet illiterate and non-critical thinkers. Ultimately, we can only solve this problem with critical thinking and internet use education.

@Marlowe2 Most of us see it for what it is. The problem is that the rest of us fall for their propaganda. They don't even need to be overt about it anymore because they can just distract their base into being angry about something unrelated, and shift the debate away from their own criticism.

Made it safe to Jamaica. The zombie virus hasn't yet reached the shores of the island, but rule of law seems to be breaking down, from what I can tell from their erratic driving.

Update, now I'm sitting in the airport wondering if I will ever get to Jamaica. The scene here is a dystopian nightmare.

Sitting on a plane to Jamacia, but there is a storm so it will be another 3 hours before take-off. Good news is that I'm sitting in first class, so that part is pretty nice.
