I would drive in 2 ft of snow over 1/4" of ice any day of the week.

@BFBucky1 @Maude @SaltyVeruca I've been there. More than a few times. I truly feel that I've avoided many accidents due to my racing experience. Keeping cool when the car is spinning counts for a lot.
Now I have 4wd and studded snow tires, living the dream. As long as I stay at a reasonable speed I never have to worry much, even in the mountains.
@DanIsWriting @Maude @SaltyVeruca On the first snow of the year I would go to a 😂 large parking lot and practice stopping and spinning. I only ever got stuck in a 4WD pickup when I ran out of ground clearance and set the frame up on a snow.
