I don't like that everyone is shaming George Santos for being a Drag Queen. It is blurring the facts, that he is a con-man and a liar, and igniting hatred against people who perform drag.

I admit that it is a hilarious revelation, but his identity as a queen should not be used to discredit him, especially when there is so much more to work with.

Its a fine line; I'm learning about comedy, that not everyone understands that the joke is the absurdity of what is said, not the content of what is said.

Ever watch a smart comedy with someone who doesn't get it? The joke being layers deep, but they laugh at the funny face the person on screen is making, or the way a word was said? Like that, but in real life, and 70% of people don't get it.
