If I am understanding this correctly, the white guys are worried about not getting laid.
They have seized on lower birth rates as some sacred sperm cause to perpetuate white guyness. A critical global issue.
Their idea is to force women to give birth rather than, I dunno, ditch the Axe and Alphatude and attract one.

@Cosmichomicide I tell people I love them _all the time_. I present as a white male, and I've been telling people that I love them, using the actual word love, for a very long time. People I've just met, people I've known forever.
I never have had anyone act weird about it, or think that it means I'm fucking or offering fucking.
I think most people understand that you can say I love you and it doesn't mean fucking. For pity's sake.
