While there's no federal revenge porn law, spreading Hunter Biden dic pics on the Internet, including on Twitter, would appear to be criminal under various state revenge porn laws. To the extent that Elon Musk appears to be encouraging and facilitating it, he may also have some liability, although I'm not optimistic about Musk being held accountable.

University of Washington study finds that the number of Americans carrying a handgun almost doubled from 2015-19, from 3 million to six million. Most people carrying the guns do so for protection from other people. People in states with lax concealed-carry gun laws are more likely to carry than those in states with more restrictive laws.
