Women as a gender have more neurological connections or fibers linking the right and left hemispheres of the brain, and can see different sides of a situation and different possibilities, including how everything could be connected, or perhaps and even more likely, how everyone will be affected. When women speak up and can contribute to a discussion that takes into account the needs of all concerned, again … big shifts can happen that can change the world for the better..
