My therapist asked me and before I could say make other people feel good, she told me I had to pick something for my self. Not that I don't find joy making others feel good and smile, but I know what she means.

I'm still struggling with this. I have lost myself over the years and am on a healing journey.

I was curious about the discovery of others.

What is your purpose in life? If yes, how did you discover your purpose and what is it? If no, how are you trying to discover it?
