I'm of the opinion that it's time we stood up and celebrated Canadian icons and heroes. I tolerated Elizabeth on our currency because I believed she deserved my respect, not that she was the monarch. I have no respect for Charles. It's time to end this practise.

@status I'm not sure who to complain to but the issue is Dark Mode persistence even after multiple attempts to return it to Light Mode. I managed to get it to work yesterday but, today it's back to Dark Mode. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and updated all to no apparent avail after a brief time in Light Mode yesterday.
Well, I'm back to dark mode and it won't change again. I'm getting a little frustrated.
To all of you who made suggestions yesterday about my light/dark mode issues, something finally worked and I'm back to light mode. Thank you all for your help. Much appreciated.

This is an entire family who, apparently, can't remember a single thing. Except, I suppose, “person, man, woman, camera, TV.” Do you really want a man with no memory running the nation?
How long until they add stars and stripes for the provincial flag? You know that they're in thrall to American Christian Nationalism so I guess it's just a matter of time unless real Canadians in Alberta step up and throw these traitors out.

I don't shun or disown anyone for disagreeing with me. I do not try to force anyone into agreeing. I DO shun and disown the racists, homophobes, misogynists, transphobes, etc, because they believe certain people who don't look/act/believe like them are not deserving of basic human rights.
