But in my opinion it’s political no matter what they say. Oregon would loose revenue, land and population count. Idaho is only looking at expanding a red state.
Don’t get me wrong I love my Idaho it’s a beautiful state. But the government here cares nothing about Idaho, only what it can gain from it and moving politically & financially.
They only want that part of Oregon because they are mostly “red” counties.

The party-line vote to eliminate Ilhan Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee clearly demonstrates that there's no such thing as a "moderate, principled Republican" in the House of Representatives. The racism, sexism, religious bigotry, and ignorant nativism of that party are on full display.

And I say that as someone who thinks that Rep. Omar has made some serious mistakes and who isn't her biggest fan. But hers is a voice that needs to be heard even when I disagree with it.
